Thanks for the review. I was faced with making the article short so people would read, vs trying to encompass all the forms of Parliamentary governments around the world.

I doubt the US will ever adopt such as system, I hold no illusions. But I am a British Citizen through my parents lineage, (Ulster Scots) and I'm thinking I just may retire in the UK for a few years at least. Don't think I'll retire to Ulster, so many beautiful parts of the UK need exploring.
