My I humbly suggest the Yashica Mat. A Twin Lense Reflex. Leaf shutter that syncs at any shutter speed with your flash. No big mirror flopping up and down, allowing sharp hand held images. Looking down on the framed image gives you a new prespective on your image composition. I would set the apecture just a stop below the flash and set the shutter for normal exposure. And at 1/2 the price of the Pentax. Smaller and lighter.
