I’ve written a number of epidemic software models, I am an engr/physicist.

I’ve been plotting data by county. For example I live in CT, and next door to NYC. So, I’ve been monitoring NYC against CT, NJ, MA and RI.

I’m seeing a flattening out of NYC new cases, but I’m wondering if NYC has reached testing capacity?

There is so much we don’t know, we don’t know the true, “has it/had it but not tested” population. We are flying blind.
