What annoyed me the most about Agile, is the total lack of self awareness and inability to recognize that many of their new life changing concepts, we did before, yes, I understand it was under different names, and therefore not relevant.

I know this may blow your agile mind, but we did weekly status meetings and did risk reduction and we had built in design reviews. Yeah, all with a waterfall chart.
