Biden is from Delaware. Credit Card companies are headquartered in Delaware. Biden and Bush passed the Bankruptcy Reform Act which prevented discharging all CC debt through bankruptcy. Leaving the CC companies to go wild offering Credit to people they knew were bad risks. Biden (and Bush) are part of the problem.
